beng the xmas season makes me nostalgic for the times, mr. brandt, principal at public school 6 the bronx would read the passage from the bible which started. "the lord is my shepherd .....".  i never understood what the hell he was talking about.  a shepherd is "a person who herds, tends, and guards sheep" sorta like a cowboy except not as smart or clean.  why would i have a person like this working for me?  its a mystery.

so much for the influence of the bible on me.
