good morning, breakfast lovers.

let's march around the breakfast table.

must have coffee.

shallow thought of the day:   newt jabbers away like a caffeine crazed toddler and some people see this as intelligence.  a sobering slap across his face might straighten him out.  just sayin'.

must have my microwaved egg and cracker crumbs.  thats it.  keep calories down because when i'm streched out at my funeral i want them to say, "he is in such good shape".
