looks like obama will have to invoke the 14th amendment.to pay our debts. i'm sure that supreme court justices, scalia, thomas, et al will look forward to overruling this decision and defaulting on our obligations like deadbeats do.

i'm confused about the republican paradigm, "no new taxes". over the past week i've paid a new tax on my cell phone plan, paper bags will be taxed in montgomery county, the fees at my bank and brokerage account are increasing, the govt. is printing money, arbitrarily setting low interest rates, fudging cost of living numbers, and other stuff. nevermind ......................
