I'M BA-AACK

just sayin':

angry with stupid Facebook.

1. got a hostile response on a comment about a med that's made from jellyfish that's alleged to improve your mind when i said that's why jelly fish are so smart.
2. comment removed because i said that retirees in florida are super intellectual.

i guess you just have to just "like" everything posted on your site.

albert einstein was working on a unified field theory or
Theory of Everything which sorta' ties together all known phenomena to explain the nature and behavior of all matter and energy.

ON UNREQUITED AND LOST LOVES

in the movie, "The Dead" which is from "the dubliners" by james joyce, angelica huston plays joyce's wife and at the end is deeply troubled when recalling the loss of an early love. she also had lots to drink probably helping her into this state of mind.

actor james dunn also drunk playing the piano and singing, "annie laurie", in, "a tree grows in booklyn". dorothy mcguire clearly realizes that there was an unforgettable woman somewhere in his past.

in mr. holland's opus jean louisa kelly sings, "someone to watchover me". poignant moment. when mr. holland's wife, in the audience, is seen understanding that there is a relationship she can be concerned about between her husband and kelly. she shouldn't worry because he knows it will not fly. men have some brains (in their head).

french lieutenant's woman i teared up when meryl streep and jeremy irons finally consummated their love. the sexual tension was unbearable.

my unrequited love occurred when i was six years old with barbara next door on Kelly street and her friend, the irish girl (thats all i remember, "the irish girl".

DOD PLEASE NOTE just sayin'.

REHASHED AND ANCIENT 12/31/10

********************************************************************************************************************

finally, i went to kim jong il's barber shop for a haircut. haven't been there for many a moon as i've patronized other places searching for a good fast haircut. much to my surprise the place is in other hands. there was no one there i had ever seen before, i think. they must have been there for quite awhile as the conversation with other customers seemed friendly and familiar. anyway, in about two weeks my hair will grow back. right now i look like a river-kwai pow.

******************************************************************************************************************

on my rounds yesterday i stopped off at target for some stuff and discovered why we are in recession. surprise! surprise! the cause of the recession is that cheap bastard american businesses do not hire enough people. the checkout lines were long; prices were mismarked; and the price scanners on the floor did not work. i'm sure everything is working properly in baghdad.

all this is encouraged by wall street toadies and congressional and government policies.

am i going to wish you a happy new year? no, you may have whatever kind of year you want. you're on your own.

THINKIN' ANCIENT 20TH CENTURY

today i'm sorta obsessed with watching youtube movies and music from 1920 thru the 1945 (hitler bunker events).
a couple of observations comparing our time (i think):
1. germany was in very bad economic condition and was humiliated by wwl peace agreements while we are now affluent and in our own peace.
2. nazis sorta' started in roughly 1923 and didn't really flex their stupid greed 'til roughly 1933.
3. trump and thugs can be turned out within two to four years, never to be seen again.
4. our judiciary can save us if gorsuch or other questionable supreme court justice doesn't sink us.
5. 1920s german popular music gives little indication of what was to come.
6. hitler was so nuts he thought the cyanide pills given to him in the bunker were fake. sounds familiar.
nevermind, bye.

REHASHED POST IV
DR. STEVE, U. S. DEFENSE DEPT. GENIUS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE WEDGE

for thirty years dr. steve worked on the development of the door wedge. his concept of the wedge developed over many years supported of course by tax payer money.

in the beginning he tried bowling balls but found they rolled away from the door. the mathematics of his findings can be found in his technical report, NON-LINEAR FRICTION ANALYSIS. later on he tried blocks of ice which melted and also slipped away from the door. almost successful was the use of computer hard drives but the exposed circuitry scratched the floor. he finally came up with a triangular shaped rubber device.

unfortunately he found out from the office typist that he was only 45000 years late. so close. beaten out by a neanderthal man in a cave.

his boss said that the U. S. DEFENSE DEPT. is always seeking new and innovative methods and he provides the environment for scientific inquiry and growth. he praised dr. steve for his harvard-like new england accent and for always carrying a manila folder around when not at his desk.

although given a high framed meritorious award and money he was depressed, became an alcoholic and died in an officer's club restroom being consoled and held by a skanky officer's wife. life was not worth continuing. visions of fame in the scientific community vanished. so sad.

PRE ELECTION DEAL

Flynn discussed sanctions with Russian envoy before Trump took office, officials say

they have fine tuned stealing elections since W took florida.

today the white house family is featuring attractive beijing skirts. only 157 left at a special price.

i do believe i have been sucked into some bizarre movie like a rewrite of "dr. strangelove" and the characters are even odder. i'm up to the part where general flynn says, "That's the way your hard-core Commie works. I first became aware of it, Mandrake, during the physical act of love...Yes, a profound sense of fatigue, a feeling of emptiness followed. Luckily I-I was able to interpret these feelings correctly. Loss of essence. I can assure you it has not recurred, Mandrake. Women, er, women sense my power, and they seek the life essence. I do not avoid women, Mandrake...but I do deny them my essence."

RETRO AND REHASHED POSTS iii
SCENES FROM MY BRONX LIFE

my dad loved fishing. on his one day off, most of the time he went on long island sound boats. fortunately for me, he rarely took me along. he awoke me early-early in the morning. (groan). first we would pick up some great coffee and sandwiches (the best part) from his store. then usually we would go over to westchester avenue (near the el) where the bronx river widened out to enter the sound and board one of the fishing boats moored there. twice we went out to long island via lirr (early, early, early in the morning) and boarded a boat there.

i know its me not you. i find fishing boring and tedious. exposure to water, the elements, the uncertainties of waterways, and the motion of the boat do less than nothing for me. tying hooks, cutting up worms or other bait and skewering it is gross. sorry dad, i just can't hack it. you're the man!

on one occasion i reeled in the day's prize fish. my dad split the prize money with a friend we were with. i'm still waiting for my share. who holds a grudge?

fishing sucks.

buxom marcia's sweet sixteen party was held at the iceland night club where the painted chorus girls were ancient, maybe 20 years old. skinny energetic lynn jumped into my lap. i threw her off of course. what else does a 15 year old kid do? at my current age, knowing of a woman's charms i may have made a mistake.

RETRO AND REHASHED POSTS ii
SCENES FROM MY BRONX LIFE

ball playing and stickball games flourished (on 179th between vyse and daly) in spite of a crabby old crone who kept calling the police.

my friend bernie was anxious to see sandra who lived near the post office. although he went biking to accidentally find her, he found a basketball court instead. on occasion a bunch of us went over to this distant basketball court in a playground beyond the post office, starlight park, and west farms square. we never saw sandra.

mid-teenage boys are always looking for girls. many of them don't know why but although they are stupid are very impressionable. relationships were all fantasy in my group.

on my way by bus to the grand concourse to meet cousin rita who was in from florida i encountered attractive priscilla from our elementary school on the bus. we talked on the bus but i never saw her again.

cousin rita and i have a great grandparent in common (or something). we went to radio city music hall and then talked a long time in front of her aunt's building on the grand concourse well into the summer night.

yes, there was life before death in (ugh) new jersey.

i salute the many-many great, creative, and hard working movie theater managers and their staffs thruout the bronx who provided me with great entertainment during my childhood. they operated on the smallest of margins bringing us bingo night, free dishes, vaudeville, comic books, triple features, free candy, beauty pageants, dog races w/free prizes, outdoor hot summer night exhibitions. how did they do it? many had 11 cent admissions on saturday mornings. kids would bring lunch and stay all day. moms loved it. AND MOVIES TOO.

i think these managers and their minions were truly great, hardworking people dedicated to their craft. you just can't get any good (great) help like that today.

RETRO AND REHASHED POSTS
SCENES FROM MY BRONX LIFE

after the war with the germanbastards and japbastards the young men came home. it took awhile for them to adjust. slowly they differentiated themselves by moving into different trades and jobs and businesses. two brothers bought the candy store on my street which seemed to be foundering. they remarkably turned it into a booming center of neighborhood commerce. they started serving a variety of fast foods and soda fountain delights. they took in a juke box and a pinball machine. a bookie set up shop in and around the store. he always amazed me by his math skills. so superior to the phd mathematicians i knew in the defense dept.

one of the brothers married a perky young lady and seemed happy. the other brother married and his lady committed suicide. i just don't know anything about people or life.

*****************************************************************************************

the woman directly across the street who regularly revealed all yes all her female charms in her window got married and raised a family. on hot summer nights she lie on her bed next to her window running her fingers through her pubic hair. did she know i could see her? i didn't think so. i don't know. too shy to ever find out.
after the war one time i saw her from a distance wheeling a baby carriage. she may have smiled at me. maybe not.

SATURDAY BLUES

what is congress smokin'? what extra-planetary and time warped bubble are they in? they're not the least bit concerned that HIS MAJESTY is really F'en us up. start impeachment hearings. start draining the swamp with him before he starts working on their case.
at least pence follows rules and supreme court nominees should be sane.
and so far he's a little short on those millions of jobs which are in his head. ever since he built the wollman rink in nyc he has thought he is a genius.

THE BOWLING GREEN MASSACRE

the sun was shining bright at midnight when the fetuses were murdered by the liberals. in the very dark and cloudy, foggy, opaque night i could clearly see the hillary supporters roasting the small beautiful cadavers on sticks in their wrought iron ovens while dancing and singing. steve bannon was crying because they were all very white christian spawn. we'll make sure tanned people are kept out of the USA. the speaking in tongues christians will overcome the lesser uncivilized religions.

JUST A FEW OF MY WEEK'S COMMENTS - SORRY THAT ITS NOT CLEAR WHAT I'M REFERRING TO

huge p'ing contest. can white house lie bigger and better than iran and other mideast nations.

i thought we had them all in northern new jersey.

mccarthy said that in (about) 1953 when the libs destroyed him because of his alternative truth.

and this is believed in dimwit, new jersey.

tax returns?

shlomo's real name is steve bannon. he's just stirring the evil brew.

shlomo - bannon has a special bar of soap for you.

no republican dreamin' here. my family, democrats have worked continuously since they arrived in the 19th century. most these republican trumpers are a confused sorry lot.

the joad family is starting to load their truck for their trip to south america from california this time.

yea - since only trumpers think stock brokers and potus can help them their disappearance into the woods will be welcome.

i'm not arguing your points but cutting off the head of the snake can't be a bad thing - most of the time.

he's from new jersey. must be forgiven for his mental state. must be all the toxic waste there.

i'm sayin' iran. i know its a messed up world and hard to stay with one topic.

one way or another middle class americans will pay. get used to it.

very sad that trump may be their last best hope.

going back on lithium?

going through the canadian border back to the usa many, many wears ago in the early morning the border guard had to be awakened. there was no barrier of any sort.

this i feel is actually true. in my (old) area of northern new jersey the dems are the same as repubs only they want attention. throwing tantrums doesn't help.

RUSSIAN OIL - REPUBLICANS LOVE IT.

i'm wondrin' what the amount of the kickback from THE exxon-mobil $14 trillion investment in russian oil fields the trump family will get (thats T-R-I-L-L-I-O-N).
1% is only 140 billion and trumpers are struggling to payoff their modest houses. 1% of the 1% is 1.4 billion. not a bad take.

ON THE VALUE OF MILITARY SPENDING

more money for defense:
being drafted was the best thing that ever happenned to me and it was the best vacation i ever had. got food, room, board, clothing and was paid every month and you don't have to think. in fact you are discouraged from thinking. there were girls at the USO and other ladies over the border in nuevo laredo.

yes - we need more money for defense - yea.

and the perks: to this very day: parking space at the supermarket, G I bill benefits (1953), extra points on tests and job seniority............
