NEW YORK CITY GOES TO VIRGINIA
i smell movie. the story of norfolk state from virginia winning over (white bread school) missouri, 3rd ranked in the country (ap and espn coaches poll) in the first round of the ncaa tourney.
it was norfolk state's first appearance in the tourney whose record last year was 12-20. this year their record was 25-9, winning 9 of their last 10. kyle o'quinn. (although black) on the eve of st. patrick's day celebrated his irish name with an outstanding game. his hometown is NEW YORK CITY as is eight members of the team. the other standout interesting team personality is head coach anthony evans also from new york city who showed great natural emotional control in this excruciatingly exciting game until the final moments.

duke another white bread school also went down yesterday. it was a win-win situation for me: if they won my prediction would be good; if they lost its ok because i don't like them. so, yea - in general.
