this probiotic stuff i am taking is really great.  each capsule contains a gazillion good bacteria ready to do battle and give their lives for your betterment.  yea, go bacteria.  like the witch's flying monkeys except these are good flying monkeys and i can feel them flying in my innards doing good.  urp!
