i'm getting sick on medicare.  too many interests and egos at stake:  drug companies keep pushing their miraculous drugs which can kill you by themselves;   fancy procedures that may solve your immediate problem but will keep you busy 100% of your shortened life;  doctors who have run out of text in their books.

and i have to stroke all their inflated egos.  i need a lawyer.
