just thinkin' of how unneccessary in (ugh) new jersey, rte 206 from somerville to netcong in 1960 and rte 10 from dover to ledgewood in 1955 were. the roads to nowhere.
don't ask and don't get caught in a traffic jam there today. just cut taxes.
currently being a resident of blue state maryland, stuff seems to be built and maintained very well. how do we do it? lottsa government work.
