i was thinking (yes i can think) this morning of the movie, "the graduate". y'know its ending is really stupid. you can't live on love alone. the hero, dustin hoffman, manages to run off with the bride who would have married a rich, good looking guy. she opts to run away with unemployed hoffman, a short dumpy guy presumably attractive to women (duh...i dunno) taking a bus (who paid the fare?) and in their ignorance apparently think they will live happily ever after. of course their relationship will self destruct as soon as they get hungry.

i guess this ending gives hope to all the average ugly, stupid guys.

among other highly over rated movies include, citizen kane, which i think i took apart a few years ago. among movie people the reference to rosebud is the name given to a tattoo on hearst's girfrind, marion davies' pubic area.
