STOCK MARKET, HUH?????????????????????

on sunday after france voted the left into office, it seemed obvious that the stock market would react in a negative manner on the next trading day.  i was surprised when it didn't.  but on tuesday it started its decline, proving my belief that businessmen are mentally slow having taken two days for a reaction.
