watching the bios of Larry Page and Sergey Brin the founders of google.  as i suspected they were college dropouts and not regurgitators.  our best students can regurgitate their lessons but have problems putting two textbook chapters together to form something useful.

of course they are now busy hiring graduate (ugh) engineers to further the advancement of their product even though the best technical business minds were not college grads: gates, jobs, wozniak, .......  wtf?
